Use Your Space Wisely

Each PolyVision® RoomWizard displays its room’s schedule: times, topics, meeting hosts, and more, encouraging effective time management and helping to reduce scheduling conflicts.  With RoomWizard, you can:

• Reserve a room when you need it from any networked computer
• Display information outside the room, such as meeting topic, date, and location
• Use the touch screen to claim an unoccupied space or to extend or delete your reservation on the spot
• Bright red and green lights signal room availability from a distance – perfect for finding an impromptu meeting space or for avoiding interrupting other meetings
• Use RoomWizard as a stand-alone system, or seamlessly book rooms with an existing reservation system such as MicroSoft® Outlook®, Lotus Notes®, or other software systems
